    (22) وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على القيام، وفاءً بالتزاماتها بموجب المواد 2 و3 و26 من العهد، بتعديل كافة القوانين التي ما زالت تميز ضد المرأة، بما فيها القوانين المتصلة بالزنى وبحظر الزواج لمدة 10 أشهر بعد فسخ عقد الزواج السابق.
